Mercy Ouida Mirabal passed away in Issaquah,Wash., March 29, 2018. She was born Feb. 11, 1935, to William and Millicent Morris in Enterprise, Ore.
Mercy began her career in nursing in the 1950s and had many jobs in the health care industry. The most recent job was for Catholic Community Services in Chehalis, ending in 2004, due to Cancer. Her most important career was raising her six children.
She lived in Centralia for 32 years and attended Calvary Assembly of God and loved her Savior. Mercy enjoyed reading, walking her dog, thrift store shopping and visiting her family. She will be missed and has made a huge impact on all who knew her.
Mercy was preceded in death by her parents, William and Millicent Morris; sisters, Elsa Whitmore and Marie Clemmens; husband, Marcos Mirabal; and grandson, Randy Dodson.
She is survived by her sister, Evelyn; brothers, Bill and Ted; children, Linda Jensen, Connie Moorehead, John Fouch, Sandi Hagedorn and husband, John, Don Fouch and Darlene Aquino; 15 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
A Memorial service will be held April 21, 2018, at 1 p.m., at Calvary Assembly of God, 302 E. Main St., Centralia, WA 98531, with a potluck following the service.
