Carl Gerber was born in Chehalis, Wash., at home on Franklin Avenue. He passed away Sept. 7, 2019.
Carl attended Chehalis Schools, graduating in 1964, and attended Pentecostal Bible College in California. He met and married his wife, Connie, of 52 years. They lived out of state for eight years where his two daughters were born. They returned to Chehalis in 1977, where his two sons were born. They moved to Galvin in 2000, where Carl lived the rest of his life. A carpenter by trade, he worked many jobs, including managing Rex Restaurant and delivering newspapers for The Chronicle for 13 years.
Carl is survived by his wife; four children; and two grandchildren.
