The Lewis County Coroner’s Office has determined that a woman found dead inside a vehicle in the Chehalis Kmart parking lot Sunday committed suicide.
Jennifer E. Zamora, 25, of Centralia, died of a gunshot wound, according to the Coroner’s Office.
Chehalis police officers were dispatched to the parking lot in the 1200 block of Northwest Louisiana Avenue in Chehalis after the initial report at 10 a.m. Sunday. Zamora's body was found in a 2001 Kia Rio.
According to a press release Wednesday, the Coroner’s Office has listed Zamora’s cause of death as perforation gunshot and her manner of death a suicide.
