Robbie Carver of Anchorage, Alaska works with a dremel on his bird carvings last February outside the Home and Garden Show in Centralia. Carver can sculpt small birds out of wood in about 10 minutes by using power tools.
The 55th Annual Home and Sportsman Show, organized by the Centralia-Chehalis Chamber of Commerce, is scheduled for Jan. 31, and Feb. 1 and 2 at the NW Sports Hub at 701 Allen Ave. in Centralia.
The event showcases local home and outdoor experts and is expanding this year to include recreation and sports, among other topics.
