Sex Offenders Register as Transient in Thurston County

Two sex offenders recently registered as transient in Thurston County, according to the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office.

Level 2 sex offender Anthony T. Martin, 38, is required to register as a sex offender due to a 2002 conviction in Kankakee County, Illinois, on one count of aggravated criminal sexual abuse. 

He was sentenced to four years of sex offender probation. He was accused of violating his probation twice and was re-sentenced to three years in prison. 

The conviction stems from Martin, at 20 years old, sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl.

Martin is described as a black man standing 6 feet, 1 inch tall and weighing 185 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

Level 1 sex offender Aaron J. Eidet, 20, is required to register as a sex offender due to a 2015 conviction in Saline County, Kansas, on one count of aggravated indecent liberties with a child. 

At 17, Eidet was accused of sexually assaulting a 6-year-old girl. He was sentenced to 24 months confinement, suspended for 12 months probation. 

Eidet is described as a white male standing 6 feet, 4 inches tall and weighing 250 pounds. He has blond hair and blue eyes.
