One Injured When Vehicle Hits Centralia House

The Centralia Police Department is investigating after an SUV hit a house Wednesday morning in the city. 

The incident was reported at 10:06 a.m. in the 100 block of West First Street. Police and units with the Riverside Fire Authority responded to a report of a vehicle hitting a house. 

The vehicle’s driver, a 52-year-old Centralia man, was “assisted from the vehicle” and transported to Providence Centralia Hospital in stable condition, according to the RFA. 

The home sustained minor damage to siding, landscaping and fencing.
