As I reported today, Centralia College graduate Charlie Albright's international profile as a piano performer continues to grow.
It's easy to understand why when you listen to his work. Thanks to online videos, that's easy to do.

My favorite is his improvisation he calls "Albright Waltz No. 1." The song made for a pleasant background as I wrote the story about his recent accomplishments.
While Albright's future could go in many directions — he's considering careers in economics and medicine, in addition to piano performance — it appears likely that we'll continue to hear good news about this still-young virtuoso.
