Wolves fall to Bobcats, fall to fourth in EvCo

Black Hills suffered a season-altering loss on Friday, as the Wolves were beaten by Aberdeen 28-14.

With the loss, the Wolves can finish no higher than fourth in the EvCo. Even if they beat W.F. West on Friday, they will not get a spot in the Round of 32.

Jaxsen Beck finished 7 for 15 with 76 yards, and Tyson Creekpaum hauled in four receptions for 70 yards.

Jacob Weller had a nice day on the ground, rushing for 107 yards and a score on 14 carries.

Aundre Alexander scored the other Black Hills touchdown on an interception return, and Kenny Bell had a team-high 14 tackles.

Black Hills (3-5, 1-2 2A EvCo) will finish its season on Friday at W.F. West.
