The Black Hills boys basketball team held on for a close non-league win in Seattle, snapping a five-game skid with a 67-66 win over Evergreen (Seattle) after a fourth-quarter comeback.

The Wolves (3-7, 1-2 2A EvCo) trailed by five going into the final period, but made short work of it to take a lead of their own. Then, it was just a matter of holding off one last Evergreen run, and coming up a point to the good.

Jack Ellison dropped 18 points to lead the way, while James Morgan and Quinton Morrill both scored 13 and Talon Morrill added 12.

Black Hills play one more game in King County on Saturday.
