Wolves Crush Tigers

Three Black Hills boys basketball players scored in double figures, and the Wolves got off to a hot start in a 76-38 win over Centralia Friday night at home. 

Johnnie Stallings led the Wolves with 15 points, and Harrison Pilon added 11, with Simon Nysted rounding out double-digit scorers with 10. 

Though Keagan Rongen scored just six points, the senior hauled in 18 rebounds to help the Wolves earn the decisive win. 

Centralia was led by Carlos Vallejo and Cohen Ballard, who each scored nine points on the night. 

Black Hills has a rivalry matchup on the road against Tumwater next Tuesday with league title implications, while Centralia takes on W.F. West in the second leg of the Swamp Cup series in Chehalis.
