Improving to 8-1, and 6-0 in league play, the Black Hills volleyball team swept Aberdeen Tuesday night in dominant fashion, 25-8, 25-8, 25-19.

The Wolves were led by senior Olivia Hisaw, who finished with 10 kills and three blocks, and Alex Loveless, who had nine aces. Junior Lily Bauer also had five digs in the win.

“We passed really efficiently tonight and Alex did a good job moving the ball around,” Wolves coach Paige Walker said. “Olivia stepped up and had an awesome all around match. Overall it was a good team win for us as we move into the sound round of our league play. I’m looking forward to seeing where we can peak as a team.”

The Wolves will take on W.F. West on the road on Thursday for their next match.
