The Rochester volleyball team had a tough time dealing with Black Hills on the road, falling 25-6, 25-11, 25-16 in 2A EvCo play on Thursday.

“Defensively we were on our heels the whole time,” coach Bridget Morris said. “It was hard to get anything going when we couldn’t get anything because we were on defense the whole time. It was a rough night, but we made it through.”

Roisin Stull had nine digs to lead the Warriors, and also added two kills. Cheyenne Justice added six digs, and Hailey Angwood had four.

No Black Hills stats were reported.

Rochester will play at Centralia next Tuesday, while Black Hills will go to Tumwater.
