Ignited by a 4-over par from senior Weston Potter, the Bearcats won another 2A Evergreen Conference clash, this time over Shelton 235-253 on Wednesday at the Alderbrook Yacht and Country Club.

Potter secured the medalist honors by five strokes over teammate Jamie Conzatti and Shelton’s Austin Coberg. Jax Potter fired a nine-hole score of 48 while seniors Carter Hinkley and Luis Leal carded a 50 and 52, respectively.

At 3-1 on the season, W.F. West will make the trek back to Alderbrook for the Sibley Invitational on Monday. It is a two-man scramble, 18-hole tournament.
