The Rochester girls’ bowling team came out on top in a close match against Centralia on Thursday, topping the Warriors 1,570-1,470 at Fairway Lanes.

Warriors eke out win over Tigers

The Rochester girls’ bowling team came out on top in a close match against Centralia on Thursday, topping the Warriors 1,570-1,470 at Fairway Lanes.

Taylor Staley led the way for Rochester (3-3), bowling a 164 in her first game before adding 175 in her second.



Bailee Spriggs had an incredible night for the Tigers (0-5), scoring a 195 before finding another gear and bowling a 218 in her second game.

The Tigers are back in action on Tuesday against Shelton at Westside Lanes in Olympia, while the Warriors host Aberdeen at Fairway Lanes on Wednesday.
