The Tumwater boys basketball team lost its second game in a row on Monday, falling on the road at Prairie 73-54 in a non-league tilt.
Tumwater led by four after the first quarter, but the Falcons outscored the T-Birds 24-2 in the second quarter to break the game open before halftime.
They added on in the third, going up by 30 entering the final frame.
Julian Balsley led the T-Birds with nine points, while Jake Dillon added eight. Joshua Schlecht scored six, and Sahara Anthony and Braeden Konrad both tallied four. Beckett Wall added four, and Luke Overbay logged three.
The T-Birds (11-5, 4-2 2A EvCo) will have a quick turnaround, as they’ll face Centralia at home on Tuesday.
