The Toledo girls basketball team earned its fourth win in a row on Saturday, defeating Coupeville 36-29 in a defensive battle at Central Washington University in Ellensburg.
The game was tied at 13 at halftime, and Toledo scored 12 points in the final frame to pull away while holding the Wolves to just six points in the third.
The Riverhawks had several chances at the line to make it less of a game, but they shot just 5 for 15 at the charity stripe.
Ryah Stanley led the way with 19 points, including 12 in the second half, while Hope Gould and Ellie Fallon both added six.
Toledo will return home to host Tenino on Monday in its final game of the calendar year.
