The Napavine girls soccer team controlled things from opening kick to final whistle Monday against Winlock, beating the Cardinals 5-0 in Central 2B League play.

Haley Gallager started the scoring in the third minute, and Grace Pancake doubled the lead in the seventh.

Hannah Fay bagged two assists and a goal to lead the Tigers (8-2-3, 6-0-1 C2BL) in the statsheet, while Hayden Kaut had a goal and an assist. Jenna Gallagher rounded out the scoring for the hosts, who put 14 shots on target.

Winlock’s Grace Merrill finished with nine saves in net. Napavine’s Avery Schutz was equal to the on shot on target the Cardinals (1-9-0, 1-6-0 C2BL) put on frame.

Napavine will head to Ilwaco on Wednesday, while Winlock will host Raymond-South Bend.
