A third defendant has been charged in the alleged rape of a woman at a party in Randle in January 2020.

Joshua D. Darrow, 19, no hometown provided, faces one count of second-degree rape alongside Seattle rapper “Lil Mosey,” otherwise known as Lathan Moses Echols, 19, of Lynnwood, and Francisco P. Prater, 18, of Edmonds.

Darrow has been accused of restraining the victim, who at the time was unable to give consent, while Echols and Prater allegedly sexually assaulted her, according to court documents.

Lewis County Superior Court brought charges against Darrow following an April interview with the victim. He responded to a court summons for his preliminary hearing on July 13.

Darrow entered a plea of not guilty and is scheduled to go to trial alongside Echols and Prater on Jan. 24, 2022.

Judge Joely O’Rourke allowed Darrow to remain out of custody on an unsecured bail.

O’Rourke also issued a protection order for the victim, preventing Darrow from contacting her or from going within 500 feet of her and her residence.
