Managing just three hits, the Tumwater softball team fell to 3A Bonney Lake on the road Wednesday afternoon, 6-0.
The Thunderbirds couldn’t get anything going at the plate, mustering just three singles from Jaime Haase, Kylie Waltermeyer, and Megan Barrett.
In the circle, Ella Ferguson pitched a complete game, giving up 10 hits and walking five batters with three of the six runs earned with four strikeouts.
The T-Birds will look to bounce back as they return to league play against Rochester at home Friday afternoon.
