State Patrol Identifies Winlock Man Killed in Interstate 5 Crash

The Washington State Patrol has identified the Winlock man killed in a crash on Interstate 5 last week. 

Matthew R. Reynolds died after crashing at mile marker 81 on Interstate 5 just before 11 p.m. Wednesday.

The vehicle had reportedly been in the left lane on northbound I-5 when the vehicle drifted to the left and the Reynolds overcorrected to the right, losing control and sliding into the guardrail, according to the Washington State Patrol. 



He was pronounced dead at Providence Centralia Hospital. 

Reynolds was not wearing a seat belt, according to the State Patrol. It is unknown whether drugs or alcohol were involved.
