Theft
• Fraudulent charges on a credit card reported in the 1200 block of Mellen Street just before 12:40 p.m. on Nov. 22 are under investigation.
• A 43-year-old Chehalis man was arrested for shoplifting items from a grocery store in the 500 block of South Silver Avenue at approximately 5:05 p.m. on Nov. 22.
• A theft reported at a business in the 1100 block of Harrison Avenue at 9:25 p.m. on Nov. 22 is under investigation.
• A green Volkswagen Jetta was reported stolen from the 2800 block of Russell Road just after 5:05 p.m. on Nov. 23.
• A 43-year-old Chehalis man was arrested for allegedly attempting to steal alcohol from a store in the 500 block of South Tower Avenue just before 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 23.
• Medication was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 1000 block of F Street just before 9:50 a.m. on Nov. 24.
Burglary
• A burglary of a storage unit in the 100 block of South Cedar Street was reported at approximately 1:45 p.m. on Nov. 22. Tools were reported stolen.
Vehicle accidents
• A 38-year-old Bremerton resident was cited for hit-and-run for crashing into a fence in the 1300 block of Harrison Avenue at approximately 2 p.m. on Nov. 22 and fleeing the scene.
• Possible injuries were reported following a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Harrison Avenue and southbound Interstate 5.
• A non-injury, three-vehicle collision was reported at the intersection of North Pearl Street and Lilac Lane just before 7:15 a.m. on Nov. 25.
Criminal trespass
• A man was trespassed from a business in the 100 block of South Silver Street for disorderly conduct just before 3:45 p.m. on Nov. 22.
• A man was trespassed from a health care facility in the 1800 block of Cooks Hill Road just before 1 p.m. on Nov. 23 for disorderly conduct.
• A man was trespassed from a property in the 3500 block of Steelhammer Drive at 5:45 p.m. on Nov. 23 for disorderly conduct.
• A 37-year-old Elma man reportedly entered a residence in the 700 block of South Rock Street without permission at approximately 8:05 p.m. on Nov. 23.
• A 40-year-old Centralia man was arrested for trespassing at a business in the 100 block of North Tower Avenue at 12:40 a.m. on Nov. 24.
Drug violation
• A 24-year-old Centralia man reportedly had fentanyl in his possession when he was arrested on several outstanding municipal warrants in the 900 block of Harrison Avenue just before 10 p.m. on Nov. 22.
Warrant arrests
• A 40-year-old Centralia man was arrested on an outstanding Department of Corrections felony warrant in the 700 block of West Main Street just after 11:40 a.m. on Nov. 23.
• A 34-year-old Bucoda man was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant at the intersection of North Pearl Street and Cindy Road just before 5:55 p.m. on Nov. 24.
Malicious mischief
• Just after 7:10 a.m. on Nov. 24, police reported that “it was discovered that a rock was thrown through the window of a business” in the 300 block of North Gold Street “during the nighttime hours.” Shila K. Brennan, 34, of Centralia, was later arrested for second-degree malicious mischief.
• A juvenile reportedly damaged a trash can in the 1700 block of Maple Valley Drive during a dispute just before 2:25 p.m. on Nov. 24. Charges are being referred to the Lewis County Juvenile Prosecutor.

Dispute
• A possible dispute was reported in the 1400 block of Southwest Grandview Avenue just before 10:30 a.m. on Nov. 21.
Suspicious circumstances
• A report of a suspicious vehicle in the 1600 block of Northwest Louisiana Avenue made at 1:35 p.m. on Nov. 21 is under investigation.
Criminal trespass
• Two to three homeless subjects who were reportedly “destroying stuff” inside a building in the 1100 block of Northwest Shoreline Drive just after 1:50 p.m. on Nov. 21 were trespassed from the property.
Disorderly conduct
• Homeless subjects were reportedly acting disorderly in the 500 block of North Market Boulevard at approximately 3:40 p.m. on Nov. 21.
Theft
• A third-degree theft reported in the 1600 block of Northwest Louisiana Avenue at 4:50 p.m. on Nov. 21 is under investigation.
Vehicle accident
• A non-injury, two-vehicle collision was reported at the intersection of North National Avenue and Northeast Coal Creek Road just before 5 p.m. on Nov. 21.
DUI
• A subject was arrested for DUI on southbound Interstate 5 in Chehalis just after 1:40 a.m. on Nov. 22.
FIRE AND EMS CALLS
• Between Friday morning and Monday morning, Lewis County 911 Communications logged approximately 45 illness-related calls, 10 injury-related calls, five fire-related calls, seven non-emergency service calls, two vehicle accidents, three overdoses and two other calls.
JAIL STATISTICS
• As of Friday morning, the Lewis County Jail had a total system population of 162 inmates, including 148 in the general population and 14 in the Work Ethic and Restitution Center (WERC). Of general population inmates, 118 were reported male and 30 were reported female. Of the WERC inmates, 12 were reported male and two were reported female.
• As of Friday morning, the Chehalis Tribal Jail had a total system population of 13 inmates, including 10 booked by the Centralia Police Department, one booked by the state Department of Corrections, one booked by the Tulalip Tribe and one booked by the Lummi Nation.
