Criminal trespass
• A 19-year-old Centralia man was arrested for first-degree criminal trespass, obstruction and resisting arrest in the 200 block of Centralia College Boulevard just before 9:50 a.m. on Jan. 20.
• A homeless Centralia man was trespassed from a business in the 100 block of South Silver Street just after 2:05 p.m. on Jan. 21.
• A 30-year-old Centralia man was arrested for trespassing in the 200 block of East Van Buren Street at 2:40 p.m. on Jan. 21.
• A 36-year-old Centralia woman was arrested for trespassing in the 200 block of East Plum Street just after 3:20 p.m. on Jan. 21. She was also arrested on a felony warrant.
Malicious mischief
• A 47-year-old Winlock man was arrested for damaging city property in the 300 block of North Tower Avenue just before 12:20 p.m. on Jan. 21.
Shooting complaint
• Officers responded to a report of a possible shooting in the 1400 block of Johnson Road at 3:45 p.m. on Jan. 21. All parties left the scene before officers arrived. The incident is under investigation.
Drug violation
• A 49-year-old Centralia woman was arrested in the 900 block of Harrison Avenue just after 1:40 a.m. on Jan. 22 for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, obstruction and resisting arrest.

Death
• A death reported in the 600 block of Northwest Prindle Street just before 9:15 a.m. on Jan. 17 is under investigation.
Criminal trespass
• A subject reportedly trespassed in the 1700 block of North National Avenue just after 10:40 a.m. on Jan. 17.
• A man was trespassed from a bar in the 500 block of Northwest Pacific Avenue just after 12:35 a.m. on Jan. 18 for becoming aggressive when a bartender cut him off.
• A possible trespass was reported in the 100 block of Southwest 11th Street just before 6:30 a.m. on Jan. 22.
Theft
• At approximately 11:10 a.m. on Jan. 17, a subject in the 1600 block of Northwest Louisiana Avenue reported someone stole their wallet in March and used their information to check out items at the Chehalis Timberland Library, resulting in late fees.
• Items were reported stolen out of a vehicle in the 1600 block of Northwest Louisiana Avenue just after 4:35 p.m. on Jan. 18.
• Just after 7:15 p.m. on Jan. 18, a citizen reported they withdrew approximately $80 in cash from a self-checkout machine in the 1600 block of Northwest Louisiana Avenue and left the money at the machine. The next customer in line reportedly took the cash. The reporting party did not want to press charges.
• A second-degree theft reported in the 1600 block of Northwest Louisiana Avenue just before 6:10 p.m. on Jan. 20 is under investigation.
• Credit card fraud reported in the 300 block of Southwest Third Street just before 11:40 a.m. on Jan. 21 is under investigation.
Assault
• A subject was arrested for fourth-degree assault after officers responded to a physical dispute between a man and a woman in the 500 block of Northwest Front Street at 11:45 a.m. on Jan. 17.
• At 3:50 p.m. on Jan. 18, a woman in the 300 block of Southwest Third Street reported an assault that occurred a couple days prior.
• A second-degree assault reported in the 500 block of Southeast Washington Avenue at 11:45 p.m. on Jan. 19 is under investigation.
Vehicle accidents
• A non-injury, two-vehicle collision was reported in the 1500 block of North National Avenue at 11:50 a.m. on Jan. 17.
• A non-injury, two-vehicle collision was reported in the 1500 block of North National Avenue just before 9:45 p.m. on Jan. 21.
Burglary
• Just after 7:35 a.m. on Jan. 18, a citizen reported the door to a business in the 500 block of North Market Boulevard had been smashed in.
Disputes
• A domestic dispute was reported in the 500 block of Northwest Rhode Island Place just after 8:10 a.m. on Jan. 18.
• A possible physical dispute was reported in the 2100 block of Southwest Woodland Circle just before 5:45 p.m. on Jan. 19.
Lost child
• Just before 12:45 p.m. on Jan. 19, a father reported he was unable to find his 3-year-old daughter inside a store in the 1700 block of Northwest Louisiana Avenue. Store employees had been notified. The father called back at approximately 12:48 p.m. to advise officers he had located his daughter.
Prank call
• At approximately 3:40 p.m. on Jan. 19, an employee at a restaurant in the 500 block of West Main Street reported a possible case of phone harassment, saying an unknown number had called the restaurant, told the hostess “I have explosive diarrhea,” and hung up. Officers determined no crime had occurred.
Suspicious circumstances
• A woman reported someone tapped on her car window at the intersection of Northeast Division Street and Northeast Franklin Avenue at approximately 4:45 a.m. on Jan. 20.
• A woman reportedly got her vehicle stuck on the sidewalk while trying to leave a parking lot in the 200 block of West Main Street at 4:30 p.m. on Jan. 20. Officers determined she was not impaired, “just confused on how to get out of the parking lot.”
• A man in the 2600 block of Northeast Kresky Avenue reported someone pulled a gun on him in the 2600 block of Northeast Kresky Avenue just after 7:25 p.m. on Jan. 20. The reporting party became “irate” with the call-taker’s questions and hung up. Dispatch was unable to reconnect with him.
Juvenile problems
• At 5:55 p.m. on Jan. 20, a father in the 1400 block of Northwest Airport Road called for advice on how to handle ongoing problems with his daughter.
• A dispute involving juveniles in the 100 block of Northeast Hampe Way was reported at approximately 8:35 a.m. on Jan. 21.

Sentencing
• Bradley Odman, 52, of Packwood, was sentenced Tuesday, Jan. 21, to 29 months in prison after he pleaded guilty Jan. 8 to one count each of second-degree assault, domestic violence; felony harassment, domestic violence; fourth-degree assault, domestic violence; and felony harassment. He also entered an In Re Barr plea, in which a defendant enters a guilty plea to amended charges in order to receive the benefit of a plea deal, to one count of third-degree assault. As part of his sentence, Odman is required to undergo substance use disorder and domestic violence evaluations and complete all recommended treatment. No-contact orders protecting the victims are in place.
Trial outcome
• Following a bench trial in Lewis County Superior Court, Angel Marie Perez Misner, 32, of Ethel, was found guilty of one count of abuse of office on Tuesday, Jan. 21. She was acquitted of custodial sexual misconduct, tampering with a witness, introducing contraband and money laundering charges. Sentencing was scheduled for 1 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 23.
FIRE AND EMS CALLS
• Between Monday morning and Wednesday morning, Lewis County 911 Communications logged approximately 38 illness-related calls, six injury-related calls, 17 fire-related calls, four non-emergency service calls, one 911-hangup call, one overdose, two Lifeline medical alerts, and three other calls.
JAIL STATISTICS
• As of Wednesday morning, the Lewis County Jail had a total system population of 166 inmates, including 153 in the general population and 13 in the Work Ethic and Restitution Center (WERC). Of general population inmates, 113 were reported male and 40 were reported female. Of the WERC inmates, 11 were reported male and two were reported female.
• As of Wednesday morning, the Chehalis Tribal Jail had a total system population of 17 inmates, including 11 booked by the Centralia Police Department, two booked by the state Department of Corrections, one booked by the Tenino Police Department, one booked by the Tulalip Tribe and two booked by the Lummi Nation.
