The Salkum Community Quilters will host a holiday bazaar and quilt raffle from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, to raise money for the Salkum EMS Association and the SOMMA Food Bank.

Salkum Community Quilters to host bazaar, raffle to support food bank, EMS association

The Salkum Community Quilters will host a holiday bazaar and quilt raffle from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, to raise money for the Salkum EMS Association and the SOMMA Food Bank.  

The event will be held at the Salkum Fire Hall, 2495 U.S. Highway 12, Salkum.

Vendors will offer home-crafted items, wood items, collectibles, quilted items, specialty gifts and baked goods for sale. 

Santa will be at the bazaar from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.



Lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at a cost of $8. The meal will include razor clam chowder or potato soup, garlic bread, dessert, coffee, juice and water. 

For the quilt raffle, tickets cost $1. The drawing will be held at 3 p.m. 

Proceeds from the raffle benefit the food bank. Money raised from table rentals and food sales will go toward the Salkum EMS Association.
