The Toledo girls soccer team defeated Raymond-South Bend 2-0 on Monday night to earn its fourth consecutive win.
Onica Chase got the Riverhawks on the board in the 11th minute, and she assisted Peyton Holter’s goal in the 62nd minute. Xtyn Norberg got the assist on Chase’s early goal.
The win sets up a matchup with Onalaska on Wednesday in their season finale.
With a win, the winner would finish second in the league standings, while the loser will likely finish third.
“I think we should be tough,” Toledo coach Horst Malunat said. “We’re getting better, it’s just a matter of finishing.”
If the two sides do finish second and third, they will play again in the district semifinals with a state berth on the line on Thursday, Nov. 7 in Tenino.
