Pirates Sweep Riverhawks in League Tilt

Picking up a win on the road, the Adna volleyball team defeated Toledo Thursday in sweeping fashion, 25-14, 25-19, 25-14. 

The Pirates again were led by a group effort, with setters Gaby Guard and Brooklyn Loose combining for 21 assists, and Loose adding four aces. 



Miriam Wilson had eight big kills in the middle, Natalie Humphrey added nine digs in the back row, and Danika Hallom and Kendall Humphrey stuffed the stat sheet, with Hallom earning four digs, five kills, and two aces, and Humphrey contributing 11 kills, five digs, and four aces to the win. 

The Pirates play host to Kalama next week on Tuesday for their next match in another big league test.
