Students with the White Pass Learning Center ride past the Dave Ruby and Dave 'Spike' Mahre memorial castle. It was built for the annual Winter Carnival. The normal festivities we're canceled due to COVID-19. The castle honors Mahre (the originator of the castle build) and Ruby, who passed away in August, and was the Castle Master of construction after taking over for Dave Mahre.
