A 68-year-old Seaview woman was airlifted to a hospital for treatment after stepping into traffic and being struck by a vehicle at about 10:45 a.m. on Friday, according to the Washington State Patrol.
Robin G. Kesler was standing at a bus stop along state Route 103 at 260th Place in Ocean Park when she tried to cross from the northbound side of the roadway to the southbound lane. She was struck by a southbound 2020 Jeep Gladiator driven by Raymond L. Bull, 77, of Ocean Park.
Kesler was airlifted to PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center to be treated for her injuries.
Bull was not injured. He was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
Drugs or alcohol were not a factor, according to the Washington State Patrol, which listed the cause of the crash as a pedestrian walking into traffic.
