The owner of a drive-thru coffee stand in Hillsboro, Oregon, has been arrested for alleged sex crimes against seven people, including former employees and job seekers, police and court records allege.

A 26-count indictment filed Tuesday charges Dream Girl Espresso owner Jeffery Scott Hebner with multiple counts of first-degree rape, first-degree sexual abuse, first-degree unlawful sexual penetration and other crimes over seven years from Dec. 31, 2015, to this past November.

Hebner, 61, of Hillsboro, was booked into the Washington County Jail later Tuesday. No bail has been set in the case so far.

In a statement, Hillsboro police officials said Hebner is accused of victimizing his former employees and job seekers.

“Hebner is accused of plying his victims with alcohol before sexually assaulting them,” local police said.

The charging document also lists first-degree sodomy, attempted rape, strangulation, commercial sexual solicitation, public indecency and private indecency.

Dream Girl Espresso, one of many so-called bikini barista establishments throughout the Portland area, opened in a parking lot off Tualatin Valley Highway near Southeast River Road in 2013, The Oregonian/OregonLive previously reported.

Workers made minimum wage and relied mostly on tips for extra income, the newspaper reported at the time.

A second stand in Forest Grove closed the next year after the business drew protests and heated complaints to the City Council regarding employees’ attire. Social media accounts linked to the Hillsboro stand last posted photos of scantily-clad workers in October.

Investigators said there may be more people who have yet to come forward in the investigation.
