Midway Cinema in Chehalis will host an eight-week Family Summer Movie Series this summer beginning Wednesday, June 21. 

A selection of family-friendly movies will be shown on Wednesday and Thursday mornings at 10 a.m. to “entertain our community’s children while they’re out of school for the summer,” according to a news release. 

There will be a choice of an animated film and a Harry Potter film each day. The films include “Minions: The Rise of Gru,” “Sonic The Hedgehog,” “Trolls,” “Lego Movie,” “Sing,” “Paw Patrol,” “Pets” and “Lego Batman.” 

Admission is $2 per person with seating limited to auditorium capacity. Discounted movie combos will be available at the concessions stand for purchase.

The Summer Movie Series is brought through a partnership between Coming Attractions Inc., Midway Cinema and sponsors Valley View Health Center and Security State Bank.
