I am writing this letter to support Bonnie Canaday as a candidate for Port of Centralia Commissioner.
I have known and worked with Bonnie, primarily in Altrusa volunteer roles, for over twenty years. During that time, I have had the opportunity to observe how Bonnie interacts with people from a variety of backgrounds, communities and countries.
No matter the issue at hand, how controversial it might be, she is always respectful, listens carefully to all sides of the issue, does her research on the issue and helps navigate to a resolution.
Bonnie cares deeply about her community and has had a life of service both through her volunteerism for Altrusa and her work as a former Centralia City Councilor and Mayor.
I encourage all who care about the future of the Port of Centralia and the community to vote for Bonnie, a candidate who has integrity and passion for serving and will assure that the work of the Port will be in your best interest.
