Kurtis Allen Norberg: 1967-2022

Kurtis Allen Norberg was born in Centralia, Washington, on Feb. 22, 1967. He passed away on March 16, 2022, at Memorial Hospital, Santa Rosa, California. 

Kurt graduated from W.F. West High School in 1985 with football honors. Kurt worked as a skilled carpenter for 25 years. He is survived by his mother Blake (Doris) O’Connor; stepfather Robert O’Connor, of Forestville, California; stepmother Billie Norberg, of Centralia, Washington; his children Ciara and Kodi Norberg and grandchildren Ember and Taje Norberg, Beaverton, Oregon; sister Jodi Norberg, Healdsburg, California; and stepbrother Aaron O’Connor, Santa Rosa, California. 

Kurt raised his family in Beaverton, Oregon. He enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting and being outdoors. In 2020, he relocated to Healdsburg, California, to live with his sister, Jodi. They loved being together and took great pleasure in bowling, golfing, road trips, exploring and metal detecting. 

Kurt was the most loving-tender-big hearted person with a unique sense of humor, he was dearly loved by everyone that knew him. He was devoted to his family & loved spending time with them. This is a tragic loss for us all. 

The funeral will be determined at a later date.
