Franklin Richard “Dick” Parsons, United States Air Force veteran, loving husband, son, brother, father and grandfather passed away Thursday, Aug. 26, 2021, at the age of 69.
Frank was the beloved husband of Debra Parsons, both of Pasco, Washington. He is also survived by his son Steven Parsons (wife Lisa) of Wichita, Kansas; his daughter Sandra Parsons of Pasco, Washington; three grandchildren Alexis Parsons, Brielle Parsons and Olivia Parsons, all of Wichita, Kansas; his mother Marie Powell in Centralia, Washington, which is also where Frank grew up; his sister Susan Secrest (husband Tom) and family of Bainbridge Island, Washington; and a brother, Ken Powell (wife Lori) and family of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Frank had a long career as a computer systems analyst for the Boeing Company in Seattle, Washington. He also retired from Boeing.
A celebration of life service is planned for Saturday, Sept. 25, 2021, at 10 a.m., at Centralia Christian Church, 1215 W. Main St., Centralia, Washington, 98531.
