After opening the weekend of the Morton Loggers’ Jubilee, a new Morton business in an old-yet-renovated building — Milltown Smokehouse — has seen great success.

In what has been a bowling alley since the 1970s, the joint has a full service bar, fresh meats smoked daily, outdoor seating, event hosting capabilities and 12 lanes.

The locally-owned restaurant and bowling alley is open Mondays through Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., on Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. at 834 Westlake Ave., Morton.
