Here's a look from above at the ongoing construction of WinCo in the Port of Centralia's Centralia Station development off of the Mellen Street Interstate 5 exit in Centralia on Monday.  WinCo is a warehouse-style supermarket chain that offers bulk food items and is open 24 hours a day. Port officials have long described WinCo as the anchor tenant for the development, with hopes that it will attract other businesses to the surrounding area. The building is 84,000 square feet.  The business and port have not announced an official opening date for WinCo.
