Elizabeth Ann Jodoin (Haunreiter) passed away unexpectedly Feb. 6, 2021, with her husband and daughters by her side.
Liz was born in Chehalis, Wash., to Edward Francis and Roberta May Haunreiter Nov. 27, 1951. She grew up in the Chehalis/Adna area and spent her life in the Lewis County.
Liz married Dennis Jodoin May 5, 1986, they resided in Centralia, where they built a home and raised their family.
After graduating from Business College, Liz started a small bookkeeping business out of her home. Later, she had gone to work for Centralia School District as a Para educator. She had enjoyed working with special needs children.
Liz was able to reconnect with her love of horses. First by adding a couple of stalls and enjoying trail rides to expanding to a full equestrian facility. After retiring from bookkeeping and the school district, Liz spent most days in the arena, caring for the horses and their owners. Always offering advice and encouragement.
Although Liz has always desired a close relationship with the lord, recently she had been diving deeper into her biblical studies focusing on the book of Daniel, Revelation and the end of times.
She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Dennis Jodoin; her daughters, Jena (Randy) Newby and Brenda Boeck of both Centralia and Susan (Kristopher) Johnson of Longview. She has left behind seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Liz was preceded in death by her parents, Roberta and Edward Haunreiter; and her brother, Charles Haunreiter.
A celebration of life service will be held at Calvary Chapel of Centralia, 2308 North Pearl St., Centralia, WA 98531, April 24, 2021, at 2 p.m.
