Looking to grow your manufacturing business?

The Economic Alliance of Lewis County is hosting a growth roadmap workshop presented by Impact Washington on April 13 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Centralia College SWFT Center, according to an Economic Alliance news release.

“The growth roadmap workshop will help your organization understand and prioritize the growth opportunities in your business so that instead of running all over the place trying to fix everything, you can identify and prioritize the areas that will generate the most immediate impact and success,” stated an excerpt from the release.

Free to attend, the workshop is intended to help business owners and managers identify growth challenges, learn the best practices and meet other manufacturers. Attendees will also have the opportunity to schedule a follow-up with an Impact Washington to further explore their growth roadmap.

Business owners, executive officers, general managers, plant managers and other critical decision makers are invited to attend.

“Without a doubt, the team at Impact Washington has transformed my contract cut and sew business by coaching on continuous improvement, vision planning, customer journey mapping, and how to balance focus on the existing customer base and areas for opportunity," Jennifer Porter, owner of Seattle based sewn goods company Satsuma Design, said in the release.

“I've been in business for over 20 years and have participated in multiple business incubator programs, workshops and collaborations,” said Crystalyn Brennan, creative director for Crystalyn Kae Accessories, in the release. “No other partner dug into the core of my systems processes in a lean and strategic manner.”

Crystalyn Kae Accessories is a Seattle-based handcrafted handbag and accessories company.

As a limited number of Impact Washington representatives will be on-site, there are only 20 spots available for those interested in attending.

To claim a spot, contact Dolly Tardiff, Economic Alliance Business Development Center program manager, at 360-748-0114 or email Tardiff at dolly@lewiscountyalliance.org.

The Centralia College SWFT Center is located at 807 W. Pear St. in Centralia.
