Diana Lee Barney (nee) Werner, 76, of Centralia, passed away March 31, 2021, in Centralia, Wash. She was born Jan. 21, 1945, in Temple, Texas and raised by her father, Ron and mother, Virginia Wegner.
Diana graduated from Centralia High School in 1963, and married Allen in 2002. She was a longtime employee of Hall’s Pharmacy in Centralia.
Diana is survived by her husband, Allen Barney Sr. of Centralia; sons, Travis Woods of Kelso, Rick Snelson of Centralia and Kris Woods of Phoenix, Ariz.; She also leaves behind 12 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service is scheduled for 3 p.m., April 27, 2021, at Sticklin Funeral Chapel in Centralia, with a reception to follow at the Barney residence. Chaplin Mike Griffee will officiate the ceremony. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Diana’s life. In lieu of flowers please donate to The Salvation Army.
