Colorado Man Convicted for Threatening to Bomb Centralia Police Department

A Colorado man charged for allegedly threatening to bomb the Centralia Police Department on Feb. 15 has entered an Alford plea, meaning the defendant does not admit but pleads guilty to take advantage of a plea deal. 



Tony Mattingly, 48, pleaded guilty to threats to bomb, harassment and intimidation of a public servant on Aug. 18 and was sentenced to 365 days in jail followed by 12 months in community custody.
