The Centralia boys soccer team’s season came to a heartbreaking end on Thursday in Ridgefield, where the Tigers fell 2-1 (4-2 PKs) in penalties in a district tournament pigtail game.
The game was tied at one heading after 80 minutes of regulation, and that scoreline held after the 10-minute OT.
The Tigers finish their season 8-8-1 with a 4-6 mark in EvCo play, and they will graduate nine seniors, including Alejandro Arevalo, Cristian Luis, and Miles Paige.
