The Centralia boys basketball team began EvCo play with a loss on Wednesday, falling in Aberdeen 70-41.
The Tigers trailed by just six after one, but the Bobcats were able to extend their lead to 14 at halftime and to 29 after three.
David Daarud and Kadin Yeung had the most success offensively for Centralia, combining for 26 points, but no other Tiger scored more than four.
Terrell Sanders and Kellen Rooklidge both scored four, while Jordan Yeung tallied three. Johntah Pirtle and Trevor Griffis both added a pair.
The Tigers (2-8, 0-1 2A EvCo) will look to get their first league win at home on Friday against Tumwater.
