The Winlock softball team suffered two non-league losses to Ocosta on Thursday, falling 25-4 in four innings and 10-0 in five.
The Cardinals managed just three hits across the nine innings played, while Ocosta put crooked numbers onto the scoreboard in six of its frames at the plate.
Hailey Goodrich hit a triple for Winlock in Game 1, while Cali Geehan drove a pair of runs in. In Game 2, Madison Rohman had the only hit, a double.
Ocosta ace Jessie Gilbert only allowed two balls in play in a five-inning shutout in Game 2, striking out 14. She also combined to go 5 for 6 at the plate with a triple and a homer.
Winlock is set to face Onalaska in a doubleheader Saturday.
