The Centralia College men’s soccer team took a late lead but couldn’t hold it Saturday, ultimately settling for a 1-1 tie against Chemeketa.
Rogelio Santillan Guzman gave the Blazers a 1-0 lead in the 67th minute, off an assist from Jace Brookersen. Just three minutes before the full-time whistle, though, the Storm clawed the goal back.
Victor Rojas finished with six saves for CC.
The Trailblazers will stay at home for a Wednesday game against Rogue Community College.
