Oakville is still searching for its first win of the season after getting swept (25-5, 25-6, 25-16) by Quilcene on the road in 1B Coastal League play on Wednesday.
McKayla Roberts led the Acorns’ serving with two aces, while Nikkara Meddaughs added two aces and two kills. Bella Couillard had one kill and Malikh McNair two blocks.
Oakville falls to 0-4 overall and hosts Quilcene in a rematch at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
