WSU Lewis County Master Gardeners to Hold Plant Sale

The annual Lewis County Master Gardener Plant Sale is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, May 18 and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, May 19 at the expo hall at the Southwest Washington Fairgrounds. 

“We are proud that we grow our own plants, or divide them from our own personal gardens.  Therefore the plants are adapted to the local growing conditions and should do well in your home gardens,” a press release from the master gardeners states. 

The sale offers perennials, annuals, trees, shrubs, groundcovers, houseplants, grasses and berries. 



The sale will also include vegetables and 25 varieties of tomatoes. 

All proceeds from the sale to toward Master Gardener activities such as free workshops to the public, three $1,000 scholarships to Centralia College for horticulture students, youth outreach programs and other activities.
