Providence Medical Group will be offering free sports physicals for local area middle and high school students from 5:30-8 p.m. on Aug. 2 at its Chehalis Family Medicine facility. Walk-in appointments are available, but it is recommended that patrons call 360-767-6305 to schedule an appointment. Nearly 100 exams were conducted during the event last year.
Students need to bring completed sports physical forms, including parent signatures, with them. The clinic is not limited to students in Centralia and Chehalis — those from as far away as Yelm, Pe Ell and Rainier are able to attend.
