129859 Notice of Public Hearing NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING LEWIS COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the LEWIS COUNTY, Washington PLANNING COMMISSION will hold a public hearing on May 14, 2024 to receive public testimony on proposed changes to rules related to Private Road Naming. The proposal would amend Lewis County Code (LCC) 12.60.280 to clarify that any land division that creates three or more lots must be accessed by a private road and that road must be named according to the County's Private Road Naming Program. Amendments to LCC 16.12 will apply the private road naming requirement to simple segregations. In addition, the proposal includes new naming requirements related to extensions and spurs of existing private roads.
