100th Birthday

Fern Mohoric, a lifelong Lewis County resident, will celebrate her 100th birthday Sept. 12. 

She was born at home in Boistfort to parents Ben and Ethel Chrocker and currently lives at Woodland Village.

She was married to Joe Mohoric until his death in 2012. 

Mohoric enjoys playing piano at her senior center.

Her children are Gary and Glen Mohoric, both deceased. She has two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. 

A 100th birthday party is scheduled for 1 p.m.  Saturday, Sept. 14 at Woodland Village in Chehalis.
