Syndee Martinez: 1945 looks the toughest but all of them make the new one look like a pansy.

Jolyn Curfman: As this clearly demonstrates, the Bearcat underwent minor changes from the beginning up until the 1996 version. The 2015 version looks totally different and abandons the long-held tradition of the school colors. This visual makes it even more obvious that the new one is out of place and doesn’t fit in. In my humble opinion.

Laurie Smith: ANY of the old ones are far better than the new one!

Stacey O’Connor: I prefer the 1996 version and I agree the new one doesn’t quite do an adequate job of integrating school color but if you take into mind that a Bearcat is a docile, omnivore from Southeast Asia ... the new one is a bit more accurate. It actually looks like a bearcat rather than a ferocious bobcat.

Steven Kayla von Seggern: The 2015 just does not fit here at all. I like the 1996 one the best.

Adam Moir: I like the 1996 version of the Bearcat. That’s the one I went to school with.

Rick will be greatly missed both as a police officer and a good man.  I have always enjoyed bantering with him.  My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
