W.F. West’s Walters Named Principal of the Year
Bob Walters, principal at W.F. West High School in Chehalis, has been named the Evergreen 2A League Principal of the Year for 2016.
The announcement was made by the Washington Association of Secondary School Principals and the Association of Washington School Principals.
Walters will be recognized at the AWSP summer conference in Spokane in July.
Chehalin wins $1,000 Scholarship From WSU
Keesha Matz has been awarded $1,000 for the Alice Diers Enrichment Scholarship from the School of Molecular Biosciences at Washington State University.
She is the daughter of Anne Matz and Dale Matz, of Chehalis.
