Toledo Student Sings at State Music Event
Gabriel Fuentes, a student at Toledo High School, was selected to participate in the Washington Music Educators Association All-State event.
Fuentes, a tenor, was one of 1,030 high school musicians selected to rehearse and perform under the direction of world-renowned conductors.
The all-state bands, orchestras and choirs met in Yakima Feb. 10-14.
Fuentes’ music teacher at Toledo High School is Kathryn Welch.
